In order to proceed with the booking, shall be required to pay a one night deposit and the remaining balance to be credited and settled up prior to departure. Payment can only be made by credit card at the time of booking. Your booking will be confirmed online and you will be provided with a reference number. Should you wish to amend or cancel this reservation, please contact our reservations staff by email at hotel’s mail reservations@corfuholidaypalace.gr or by calling us to +30 2661036540-3. Reservation maybe cancelled 14 days prior to arrival without penalty. Penalty for late cancellation or no show is one night. Please quote your reservation number, email address, guest name and dates of stay .

The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice the content ,information or services provided through the website. We accept no liability for any loss or damage of any nature and volume you may incur by viewing or using the website or its contents due to inaccuracy, error, omission or any other cause. From time to time this website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. In cases where our site contains such links to sites of our partners, suppliers, agents or others, we are not responsible for either their availability, accuracy, performance or any action that might cause any damage to you. Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense. Your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of Greece. 2. 4. VAT and Taxes – Meals. The price of the room is inclusive of breakfast, VAT and all taxes. With regard to meals, these are not included in the price, unless expressly stated.Corfu Holiday Palace reserves the right to periodically review and alter its room prices. The increase or decrease of prices shall be advised at the time of booking. 5.Bookings and cancellation policy. All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking. In order to make a booking, you shall be required to pay one night deposit and the remaining amount will be settled prior to your departure. Reservation maybe cancelled 14 days prior to arrival without penalty. Penalty for late cancellation or no show is one night. In the unlikely event of overbooking, we will make sure that you are provided with a suitable alternative local accommodation at no extra charge. In the unlikely event of any kind of problem with availability due to system’s fault, you will be notified within 24 hours from your booking/confirmation email with offering an alternative hotel of the same category. If the reallocation is not accepted the reservation will be cancelled at no cancellation cost. 6. General. You may not assign the booking to any third party. Hotel’s facilities are to be used only for the purpose of accommodation. The hotel reserves the right to charge you with any additional costs incurred by it either in respect of goods and services requested during your stay or due to your non-adherence to the agreed times of services. Whilst the hotel has taken all reasonable steps to ensure that the information contained in its brochures, tariffs, leaflets, advertisements and website is accurate, it reserves the right to alter, substitute or withdraw any service or facility without prior notice. Notwithstanding anything contained in these terms, the hotel shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations to you either in whole or part as a result of any of the following circumstances: Strikes, Fire at or near the hotel , Flood at or near the hotel, Civil unrest, dispute or commotion, Terrorist or attempted terrorist act, Act of god, Legal action against the hotel preventing the supply of services. 7. Limitation of Liability. Aquis Corfu Holiday Palace does not exclude itself from liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligent actions.Corfu Holiday Palace is not liable for the acts and/or omissions of their independent suppliers and/or agents. Hotel accepts no responsibility whatsoever for theft, injury or disease to guests, delegates or visitors, nor for loss or damage to property of any kind, unless arising from the negligent actions of the hotel’s employees. Guests should arrange for their own insurance. 8. Check-in. You are invited to check-in at 2 pm on the date of arrival and you shall have to check-out before 12 noon on the date of departure. 9. Cots. Cots are available free of charge upon request . 10. Disabled guests. Rooms with facilities for disabled guests are not available at the hotel.
11. Smoking. Smoking in the hotel is restricted by law to all closed public areas and the rooms. 12. Pets. Pets are allowed in the hotel in the bungalows only and not in the main building.
